PRICE INCLUDES:

Full-board accommodation - breakfast, lunch, (packed lunch on programme days) and evening meal; family stay students are usually accommodated in twin-bedded rooms and we do not place two students of the same nationality together unless specifically requested to do so. Residential students sleep in single, twin or multi-bedded rooms or dormitories with shared bathroom facilities or in single en-suite rooms where available, if booked in advance. NB Students in groups, who are at least 12 years of age but under the minimum age for the course, may be accepted by prior agreement. On family stay programmes they will be accommodated in pairs, in threes or with group leaders. Students under the age of 12 years will only be accepted in our Haslemere or Steyning centres, which are specifically designed for this age group.

GROUP LEADERS: one free group leader place is given per 15 paying participants on family stay courses and per 20 participants on residential programmes, on one course at one time. Other group leaders are accepted at the specially reduced price of 200 per week nett for family stay programmes and 260 nett per week for residential programmes (in standard accommodation) and 310 nett per week (in en-suite accommodation).

ARRIVAL DATES: Students arriving midweek or on any day other than the Sunday arrival dates shown above may need to be accommodated in temporary accommodation at additional cost. Individual students who arrive mid-week for reasons of flight schedules will be integrated into normal classes after their level test on arrival, but groups will be taught in single nationality classes until the following Monday. Any participants arriving or departing during the week may miss lessons, activities or excursions programmed for that day. These will not be made up nor can EJO offer reimbursement for lessons, activities or excursions missed due to mid-week arrivals or departures.

EXTRA NIGHTS available in all locations. Prices are strictly nett and include the full programme for the day prior to departure.

*WISPERS SCHOOL, HASLEMERE FAMILY STAY COURSE: Daily transport to and from school by private bus is obligatory for the safety of very young students and costs 85.00 per person per week. Family stay students have lunch at school on tuition days, a packed lunch on excursion days and dinner at school one evening per week on the day of the evening activity.

*STEYNING: DAILY TRANSPORT see above.

*UNIVERSITY OF LEICESTER: The programme consists of 12 nights accommodation at Leicester University, followed by 2 nights at the University of Greenwich in London. The first two excursions will be during the stay in Leicester. The third will be to London from Leicester and students will travel to the University of Greenwich in the evening by train. The final excursion will be by train into London from Greenwich.

TRANSFERS: Arrival and departure transfers are NOT included. Transfers may be combined where possible and students may be required to wait for a short period of time in the care of an EJO representative.

Return transfer prices: Within 60 miles (96 kms) of the airport: 190.00. More than 60 miles (96 kms) from the airport: 210.00 Prices include one hours waiting time and apply to arrivals and departures between 0600 and 2400 hrs. A surcharge of 35.00 GBP will apply to arrivals and departures between 2400 and 0600 hrs.

Unaccompanied Minors: Please note that we must be informed well in advance of students travelling as unaccompanied minors and any airline fees must be paid direct to the airline when the flight is booked. Please ensure that the booking reference is sent to us when you book the transfer. A surcharge of 50.00 will apply to cover the additional costs relating to escorts time and parking on departure.

Transfers for groups will be quoted for separately. Escorts are not normally supplied for groups with their own group leaders on departure but may be provided at extra cost. Individual students will be escorted on departure to check-in and seen through to the departure lounge.
