  • Pre intermediate to upper intermediate level

  • Those who are able to plan to work on the course for 2 to 3 hours per week (total 50 lessons) over a period of up to 6 months

Online Learning Practical English
Your lessons
  • Results of your start-of-course English test lead to automatic selection of the first 5 clearly presented and easy-to-follow 45 to 60 minute lessons most suitable for you
  • Lessons selected from a large and developing lesson resource bank with a total of more than 300 lessons (at least 80 grammar, 125 listening and 125 reading lessons)
  • Immediate feedback on your performance with a test at the end of each lesson checking successful learning and providing the opportunity for repeating all or part of the lesson
  • You develop your skills by working on English Grammar, Reading and Listening
  • Using your performance in your first 5 lessons, the course guides you to a programme of 5 further lessons appropriate for your needs; continue in blocks of 5 until you have completed your 50 lessons
  • Some lessons are on General English and others on Business English topics but you can choose General or Business at your level at each stage according to your particular needs and interest (detailed list of lesson topics here)
  • Certificate of completion and achievement after you have achieved 80% in each of 50 lessons
  • Continue to take more lessons if you wish (progress not monitored) if time is still available within the six-month time period allocated for your course
